Happy Solstice!
Yuletide greetings to all my readers.
Happy December Solstice, or Merry Yule if you follow a European pagan aesthetic. This evening1 we celebrate the rebirth of the Oak King, and the beginning of a new Terran cycle.
As far as you lot are concerned, my new year resolution - and for me the new year begins tomorrow - is to sort out what I’m doing with this blog, and my use of social media as a way of drawing attention to my writing.
I have done little to grow my subscriber base here on Substack, but what’s worse is that I’ve not done my existing subscribers justice by posting with sufficient frequency. Not least for paying subscribers. This must change. What would help is if readers let me know what especially tickles their fancy in my writing, so that I can focus better on what to publish here.
